Factory or Trading Company? A Look Inside Ours

Most suppliers say they are a factory. We would rather show you: our building, our floor, our machines, and the parts of this trade we turn down.

Sewing floor with rows of industrial machines and operators
If you want to know whether we are a factory, do not take my word for it. Come and look, or send someone who can.
We are on the 4th Floor, Building No. 18, Shantang Industrial Zone, Silian Community, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen. You will find a cutting table with a straight knife on it, stacks of panels waiting to be bundled, rows of JUKI machines, a trim table where labels and zips are matched to each style, and cartons going out at the far end.
If you cannot come, ask us for a live call. Not a video we made last year - a call where someone walks from the gate to the machines with the camera on, while you ask questions. We do this for buyers every month.

The paperwork we can hand you

Shenzhen XinChengDa Garment Co., Ltd, established 2018, business licence available on request. The name on the licence is the name on our bank account and the name on your invoice. If a supplier's three names do not match, that is worth a question.

Who you will be talking to

Our sampling team sits with the patterns, not in a separate sales office. That is why a sample takes 3-7 days once the inputs are complete, and why the answers on a call sound like they came from someone who has actually made the garment.
The fabric market is close enough that a swatch can be in our hands the same day. When you ask for a colour we do not stock, that is what makes the difference between a week and a month.

What we make, and what we send away

Our lines run dresses, tops, blouses, shirts, t-shirts, skirts, trousers and coats or jackets. That is most of a women's and men's range, which is why buyers often start with one style and come back with a season.
We do not do leather. We do not do performance activewear. When a buyer asks for either, we say so in the first email. It costs us enquiries, and it saves everybody the sample round that would have failed.

Why buyers end up asking the question

Because the trade is full of people in the middle. A good agent has a place - somebody has to chase twelve factories across four categories. But you should know which side of the table you are on, and with us the answer is simple: the person quoting your price is the person who will be standing next to the machine when the order runs.
Ask for the walkthrough, or send a style for a sample. Email info@xcdgarments.com or message us on WhatsApp.
